Weight Loss

Ever since I was young I struggled with my self confidence and social interaction, in my Junior year of High-school I came to the decision that I no longer wanted to hold myself back. Starting at 198lbs I began working out with a trainer and over 6 months I was able to bring my weight down to 155lbs. Not only did I physically change but I found that school and interacting with my peers became easier. My changing view of myself and how I wanted to interact with others led my college experience being some of the best time of my life where I met life-long friends and gained many new experiences I never would have before.

Reading

After graduating from college I found myself with a lot of free time in between trying to find work. Eventually all the Netflix, TV and internet browsing I found that I was tired of staring into a screen all day. I decided to make a change and instead of spending my free time online I began reading whenever I had the chance.

Life Style Change

Even though I managed to escape the Freshman 15 throughout my time in college I managed to fall back on old habits and gain a lot of weight back. I began working out again on and off. Eventually something clicked in my mind and I began a relentless journey to create a new lifetime foundation of self improvement. I have since then maintained a consistent workout schedule while incorporating healthy eating habits which has allowed me to get my weight down. If you can’t find me working on my footwear project I’m either reading or working out.
